Pam joined Oswald Financial in 2002 and has over 25 years of experience in Financial Services, working with both business clients and individuals. She is dedicated to positively assisting clients with their roles and responsibilities as Plan Sponsors. She assists Plan Sponsors with implementing a prudent process and managing their fiduciary responsibilities. She also helps them enhance the retirement benefits they offer, improve employee education and participant outcomes.
Prior to joining Oswald, Pam worked in multiple sectors of the financial services arena. These positions included Regional Pension Consultant, Compliance Coordinator, and Client Services Manager. Pam attended Cuyahoga Community College and is a registered representative. She holds her FINRA Series 7 with LPL Financial and Life, Health, Accident and Disability Insurance license. She has received the National Association of Plan Advisors’ Top Women Advisors, All Star honor in 2016, as well as NAPA’s Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor designation.
Pam is passionate about helping others and volunteers for VeloSano, Red Cross and serves as a Co-Chair for the N.E. Ohio Chapter of Women in Pensions. She lives in Strongsville with her husband, Tom and their two children. She is a loyal Cleveland Browns fan and enjoys golf, camping and travel.
